Can you give me a quote without doing a walkthrough?
While everyone’s living situations are different we will give you a quote without seeing the property first. However this can change once the cleaning specialist has arrived to the property. The cleaning specialist will meet you, understand your needs and familiarize themselves with the space that will be cleaned. After the walkthrough the cleaning specialist will not change the quote if it is consistent with what has already been coordinated. This quote is subject to change after the initial clean for future services.
How do you price your services?
Everyone’s living situations and needs are different. We do customized pricing that mainly takes into account the square footage, and number of rooms. Prices for each job will always vary based on a variety of factors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! All of our cleaners have passed criminal background checks, have outstanding references, and carry their own general liability insurance.
Do you service outside of Columbia?
At this time we are only servicing Columbia MD and the immediate surrounding areas. When our team grows we will happily expand our services to other Maryland areas.
What if I don’t like the service I was given?
After each cleaning service someone will reach out to get your feedback the next morning after your cleaning. If you are not happy with your service we will coordinate a time with you to come back out and correct the problem.
